Community Reinvestment office

The Community Reinvestment Division is located in the Office of the County Manager (Building A, 2^nd Floor) and is responsible for managing and implementing the County’s recovery funding, annual federal appropriation application process; county-wide grants management pre-award and post-award, training, technical assistance, and oversight; and the opioid abatement and remediation program. The division serves as a hub for identifying federal, state, and foundation discretionary grants while developing other departments and community nonprofit’s capacity to manage federal awards in the future.
